Ethics is a Cloud-based support system, which aims to simplify processes in HR, such as attendance, filing for leave, overtime and payroll.

Employees can take full control of HR activities with the Ethics application. This application makes it easy for employees to apply for leave, change work shifts, or even complete employee personal data.

The Ethics Mobile Application is used for:

Set the Time Off
- Entry submission time off
- See who is on leave today and who will come in the dashboard
- See the balance of your off time

Manage Attendance
- Review employee attendance times
- Facilitate employees in proposing work shift changes

For companies
- View basic information and all details in one application
- Cross-check employee data and personal data, update employee information through HR approval

Activities and Notifications
- Complete daily activities and see upcoming activities
- Push Notification so you can see the status of the submission

Safety and Accuracy
- The Ethics Mobile application uses GPS on smartphones and is not permitted in Developer Mode
- Data security guarantees, and the accuracy of attendance data to prevent fraud in making attendance

To use the Ethics Mobile Application, your company must subscribe to Datacube Enterprise and activate the HR module.
