The General Affairs Division (General Affair) of PT Indonesia Power PRO POMU handles and provides many things in the needs of the unit. One example is the matter of consumption and licensing interests in the unit, such as a license to borrow a vehicle, borrow a meeting room, permit to leave the unit, as well as snack consumption, and employee lunch needs.
All of the above have been done manually, either using the paper form provided, or based on a telephone request. This method is considered ineffective and not computerized and requires a relatively long time considering that the urgency of licensing and the consumption needs of employees requires quick decisions.
Based on this problem, the PROGAES (Priok General Affair Enterprise System) application of PT Indonesia Power PRO POMU was built. The purpose of making this application is to create a more effective digitalization of business processes with a computerized system that is mobile and can be accessed anywhere so that employee needs can be met precisely and quickly.
