TONGSENG Pakinta V2 (Employee Attendance and Performance Monitoring Binoculars for apparatus) is a development of the TONGSENG V1 application, a form of secretariat innovation in encouraging employee performance improvement because since the abolition of TPP, employee performance and attendance have greatly decreased. So with this, our secretariat is trying to make this innovation to make it easier to evaluate civil servants and non-PNS. It should be noted that field officers currently only have an office in the Balai every Monday, the rest are in the field without clear controlling.
