1. Photocopy of Owner Identity Document:
• Owner's / Manager's KTP
• Owner's NPWP (for Business Entities)

2. Photocopy of Business Legality Documents:
• Minimum Business Certificate from RT / RW, or
• SIUP, SITU, TDP (for Business Entity Agents)
• Deed of Establishment (for Business Entity Agents)
• Other business licenses

3. Providing Lampung Smart operational devices, namely Android Smartphones, Internet.
