Qulina

Qulina (Inclusive Quran for Children) is an innovative digital Quran application specifically designed for children aged 5–15, including children with mild to moderate visual impairments. Developed with the Flutter framework and integrated with the Ministry of Religious Affairs' Quran REST API, Qulina presents a digital mushaf with audio tajweed, location-based prayer schedules, and an easy-to-use child-friendly interface. Furthermore, Qulina is equipped with interactive comics that tell six Quranic stories, namely (the story of Prophet Noah, Prophet Yunus, Prophet Moses, the Companions of the Cave, Prophet Solomon with the Hoopoe, and Prophet Joseph), gamification-based educational quizzes, leaderboards, and a reward system that allows children to exchange learning points for attractive merchandise. To support accessibility, Qulina provides a high-contrast display, large buttons, text-to-speech, and audio navigation so that blind children can learn independently. With a combination of inclusive technology, gamification and a fun visual-audio approach, Qulina is an interactive, exciting and meaningful Al-Quran learning solution for every child.
