Bureaucratic reform is carried out comprehensively, simultaneously and sustainably in the hope that it can change the mind set and cuture set, attitudes and behavior of the state apparatus to be clean, professional, serving, prosperous and neutral in order to realize good governance and clean government.
Based on this background, the Surakarta Mental Hospital as one of the Central Java Provincial Organizations that has duties and functions in the field of Mental Health sees the need to carry out a bureaucratic reform movement that relies on 8 (eight) areas of change in an effort to provide services that quality for customers / society.
In this regard, we created innovations in the form of the application "BaleRB" with the aim of implementing the Implementation of Bureaucratic Reform in the Hospital Environment. Jiwa Daerah Surakarta in order to run synergistically, planned, measured and sustainable and as a means of monitoring and evaluation on a regular basis to find out the achievements in each area of change in Bureaucratic Reformation, both successful and not yet and as a means of self-evaluation of the implementation of Bureaucratic Reform in hospitals.
