JDIH of the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment is a system built to carry out some of the main tasks and functions of the Legal Bureau of the Secretariat of the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment, namely the preparation of documentation and information on laws and regulations in the maritime and investment sector, especially those related to main tasks and the function of the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment.

2. Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number 8 of 2019 concerning Standards for Management of Legal Documents and Information
3. Regulation of the Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment Number 9 of 2020 concerning Legal Documentation and Information Networks within the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment
Vision:
Realization of complete, accurate, easy and fast legal documentation and information in the maritime and investment sector in an integrated and integrated network of legal documentation and information

Mission:
1. Increase the completeness of legal documents in the field of maritime affairs and legal information
2. Optimizing legal information systems based on information and communication technology
3. Increase effective cooperation between the Network Center and Network Members in order to provide legal documentation and information in the maritime and investment sector
4. Improve the quality of human resources in managing legal documentation and information networks
