Election data management information system or in short SITATA is a platform built by Gorontalo Regency KPU to manage election data, accelerate the electoral work process and facilitate communication between KPU and adhoc bodies.
(1). Electronic cocklit
The mobile version of the SITATA application (android) provides a tool that allows interlih / PPDP to e-chat via Smartphone. Pantarlih can add voters, update voter information, and conduct TMS based on the SIDALIH TMS code and its reasons.
(2). Mandari Voter Registration
This tool is intended for residents of Gorontalo District who have not been registered in the voter list or scattered at the time of the election, to apply for independent registration accompanied by a clear address.
(3). Activity Report
SITATA is equipped with an event recording tool when organizing elections. Event reports are classified based on events that can be added and subtracted according to stages. Before sending reports for the expected activity report
the officer fills in completely the location of the incident, chronological or information, as well as supporting evidence such as photos of events or documents to confirm the information to be conveyed.
(4). TPS Location Map and Marking
Gorontalo KPU documents the geographical location and the physical polling station (TPS), this TPS map information will be used for further data processing.
(5). Documentation of Plano C1 Photo at TPS
It is a menu for capturing recap results in TPS (C1 Plano) in the form of C1 Plano photos and acquisition input in the form of text (entry). Officers (KPPS / PPS) can send a maximum of 2 photos. The data sent does not necessarily appear on the web / android but will be validated by officials in the Regency before it is recapitulated to be a district tabulation.
5 The superior function of SITATA above is expected to be able to improve services to voters especially in the working area of Gorontalo Regency KPU even better.
