Sekar Pinter (Semeton Karangasem Masadu) in Indonesian means Karangasem Community Complain.
This is a social media-based public complaint application. Communities can report problems in their area and then monitor the follow-up to their reports as well as greet each other with fellow citizens like on social media.
This application was developed in collaboration with the Binus University School Information System and the Atma Jaya Unika Faculty of Psychology. Organized thanks to a grant program from the Directorate General of Higher Education, dedicated to Karangasem Regency, and launched during the 380th anniversary celebration of Amlapura City.
