Touch Smartboard Remote Controller is an application to control Smartboard Touch device from Smartphone. How to use it is as follows:

Actions on the Smartboard Touch tool
1. Connect the LAN cable from the WiFi router to the Smartboard Touch device
2. Turn on the Smartboard Touch tool
3. Click the Touch logo button on the Home Page of the Smartboard Touch app to go to the Presentation Main Page
4. When on the main page of the presentation, click the Settings button
5. Click the WiFi button, and connect to one of the WiFi Access Points
6. Click the Settings button
7. Click the SSID button
8. Fill in the SSID name / WiFi Access Point Name correctly, according to the name of the WiFI Access Point you connect to in the WiFi settings
9. Fill in the password / password, according to the WiFI Access Point key / password that you connected in the WiFi settings
10. The function of this SSID setting is to direct the Remote Controller Application if the Smartphone used has not used the same WiFi Access Points used by this Smartboard Touch device.
11. When the user scans the QR code, the Remote Controller application will check, if the WiFi access points used are the same, the Remote Controller application will immediately be used. If the WiFi access point used is different, the Remote Controller application will direct the user to the WiFi Settings menu. For some types of Smartphones will be directly connected to the WiFi.
12. Every time you click the OK button in the SSID setting menu, a QR Code will be updated. In this case the user must re-scan in order to use the Remote Controller application

Actions in the Remote Controller app
1. Connect the smartphone to the WiFi access point to the same WiFi that the Smartboard Touch device is currently using.
2. Click the Touch logo button on the front page of the Remote Controller application to go to the Presentation Main Page
3. When on the main page of the presentation, click the “Connect” button to scan the QR code
4. Click the Remote button on the Smartboard Touch tool so that the QR code appears
5. Scan the QR code
6. After scanning the QR code is complete, the Remote Controller application can directly connect to the Smartboard Touch device
7. Once connected you can control the Smartboard Touch device from the Remote Controller application on your Smartphone

Handling problems
If there is interference with the use of this Remote Controller application, perform the following checks:
1. Make sure the LAN cable is connected from the WiFI router to the Smartboard Touch device
2. Make sure the WiFi settings are active
3. Make sure you get a good WiFi signal, both on your Smartboard Touch device and on your Smartphone
4. Make sure you have scanned the QR code
5. Make sure you scan the QR code again every time you select the SSID settings on the Smartboard Touch tool
6. If the interference still occurs, do "Force Stop" the Remote Controller application from the Smartphone Settings menu, and relaunch the Remote Controller application
7. If interference still occurs, disconnect WiFi and reconnect WiFi

Troubleshooting specific voice command function
1. Make sure the language setting on your Smartphone is Indonesian
2. Make sure the background noise around you is not crowded, so it doesn't interfere with the voice recognition algorithm
3. Make sure your voice commands comply with the guidelines for using voice commands on the Smartboard Touch device
4. If the interference still occurs, do "Force Stop" the Remote Controller application from the Smartphone Settings menu, and relaunch the Remote Controller application
5. If interference still occurs, disconnect WiFi and reconnect WiFi
