TAR - Traffic Atitude Record Is data on traffic violations committed or their involvement in a traffic accident. The TAR system is part of building a Traffic Order Culture, a data analysis system and the basis for a SIM test system (especially for SIM extension). When linked with the e-ticket system (Electronic Law Enforcement), the more accurate the recording system will be recorded on the SIM and on the STNK.
