Our company is using this app to commute people in a small town. Really annoying. The driver interface does not use the area ideally, you can not see the address line and at the same time most of the area is "empty". Does not recognize the location right all the time. The underlying map sucks and takes you to roads not allowed for motor vehicles. The App does not recognize the location of the vehicle reliably enough but makes irrelevant route suggestions.
