The State Pension Fund for Budget Pensions was established in October 2011 by the new General Employees' Union.
In 2008, a collective labor agreement was signed between the state and the new General Workers' Union. As stated in the association agreement, the pensioners will join the state pensioners with a budget pension whose salary rating meets the criteria in the agreement and will ensure that they are included in the association's activities.
The Chairman of the Association is the Chairman of the Civil Service Federation, Mr. Ariel Jacoby, and the CEO, Adv. Ehud Serpian, is leading the organization's activities and with the help of employees and volunteers who contribute tirelessly to the welfare of the state's pensioners and their families.
