About CADAS CAPI 23

CADAS is a modern platform for market research agencies designed to actively collect survey or observation data using various techniques such as: CATI (telephone interviews), CAWI (online web surveys), CAPI (offline face-to-face interviews on laptops) and MOBI. The CADAS CAPI application is used as a terminal for cellecting data in the MOBI technique on devices such as tablets and telephones. An active Internet connection is not required to complete the survey, as the data is collected offline, only the synchronization of results and questionnaires requires a network connection.

Users of the Mobi module (interviewers) work for a specific research company on devices owned by the company or made available for the purpose of conducting the research. Using the program, interviewers log on to the server to download application packages and data synchronization. Each research project, due to the complicated transition scripts and the presented content, is compiled and saved in the form of an application package, which is installed during synchronization and removed after the research is completed.

Questionnaires are created by scripters using the Questionnaire Designer tool, in which they enter the content of the survey and program transition rules - the conditions for showing the content of questions depending on previous answers. A questionnaire prepared in this way is made available to interviewers for user-initiated installation. The CADAS CAPI application synchronizes the content of projects provided by the research company for implementation in the field and, after obtaining the user's consent, installs the survey on the device or deletes it after the study is completed. In addition, the results collected during the study, the quotas and the target of the study are also synchronized.

CADAS CAPI licensees have access to the standard CADAS Research Operations Utility client application with a wide range of project management functions on the CADAS platform. Survey results are saved in encrypted form on the device and can be transferred to the server at your discretion: either by sending after the completion of the survey, or by automatic synchronization at a convenient time. Direct synchronization of surveys allows continuous monitoring of both the flow of surveys and the work of interviewers - similarly as in the case of CAPI interviews carried out on laptops.
