Guard's Rough Journal and Diary for Railways. This app can be stored to keep track of train running especially in Goods Train. Contains features such as Speedometer, Latitude & Longitude Tracker and Duty Time Tracker.
How to use the app:
1) Create Route in the "New Route" screen. This is essential.
2) Once route is created, go to "Sign On" screen. You are asked to enter your name and HQ the first time you log on. Enter all details regarding your trip. It is essential you enter Sign On Date/Time, Call For Date/Time and Trip Count at the minimum. Then click on Save.
3) The first time you visit a section you need to train the app for the particular route. From the next time onwards the app will show you the upcoming Station/Cabin/Gate and also show you your current distance from the entity.
4) You can enter Arrival Date/Time along with remarks in case the train comes to a halt at particular station.
5) Click on "Acknowledge" only when you leave a particular station.
6) In "Stats" page you can see your trips for all the days you went on duty.
7) You can also enter "Caution Data" so as to enable you to keep track of speed while traveling through section having speed restriction.
8) You will be able to see current latitude, longitude, speed as well as duration of current on duty.
9) You can export and share trip data in case required.
