BSMART

BSMART App is developed exclusively for the internal use of BSNL officers and staff. It facilitates faster resolution of Leased Circuit Faults by integrating with the Prabal Plus Portal. Faults are automatically downloaded and assigned to the appropriate teams (BBM, TXM, or Cluster Incharge). The app enables users to enter ETR values, forward dockets to other teams, or mark them as closed. Final closure is carried out by the EB SD SA team of the respective Business Area (BA).
