The aim of m-Zila (an app to support district governance) is to make services on mobile app. This app is developed by NIC Balrampur with the guidance NIC Lucknow and district officers of Balrampur.
An app to help District Administration with services like Employment Management, File Management, Skill Management, Planting Management and some other miscellaneous services. It is an evolving platform designed for citizens and District level officers to offer them access to services like employment information and application, vacant land information for planting, file note keeping and many more.
Employment Management
This module is to help for people who comes under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment ( MGNREGA ) scheme. The main idea behind this module is that the people who wants to job under this MGNREGA scheme can apply for job during one calendar year. After that the related officer get that request and check in database about that person. If he has not assigned 100 days for job, then the officer can have assigned a job according to his/her skill. In background All the databased are updated.
File Management
This module is to help for Officers to track the file assigned to their descendent officers. The officer can assign the file to other officer with any definite timeline. As the timeline near to end the app continuously remind to the concerned officer. After the timeline will end then it will show defaulter to their assigned officer. Simply any officer can check which file is processed so quickly and which are pending at which end.
Planting Management
This module is to help for citizen to give information about their vacant land where they want to vriksharopan. Officers have accessed all the details about the vacant land. Officer’s can also track the vacant land and choose for planting. Officer’s also evaluate the previously tree planting events and check the progress of plants.
Skill Management
Here the skill citizen applies for job. Any citizen wants to register for any skill development program or information about any skill development it can register.
Services
Here any citizen wants to apply for service request such as Rajgeer work, decoration, plumbing, electricity and many other services. The official assign the skilled people for their request.
Miscellaneous
Here citizen can get the notices, tender’s, announcement of their district.
