"Acharan" is an initiative of District Magistrate, Paschim Bardhaman, materialized by National Informatics Centre, Paschim Bardhaman. The primary and sole objective of this app is to provide a user-friendly approach to expedite the process of submission of reports in regard to enforcement of Model Code of Conduct and enhance the accessibility of real-time data in web based as well as app based reporting mechanism which would assist the district administration in closely monitoring the developments and keeping track of up-to-date reports in real-time in the jurisdiction of Paschim Bardhaman, in connection with the imminent General Election to West Bengal Legislative Assembly, 2021.
