Step 1: REGISTER
After downloading the app, our retailer friends can click on REGISTER at the sign up screen.
Share your business details with us and we will contact you for validating your details and creating your Retailer Account on Mera Comforz platform.
Step 2: LOG IN
Post successfully validating your business information we will share your login details at the registered e mail id shared by you during registration process.
Did you know we are giving INR 1,000/- to all our retailer friends post successful Registration on the app. This amount will be visible under your My Account Wallet post logging in the app.
Step 3: PLACE ORDER
Upon successful registration and post logging in you are all set to access our retailer exclusive product range in the Mera Comforz App.
Since this app is only for retailers hence the minimum order size for every article is 1 carton minimum. The quantity in the carton will vary from article to article and will be mentioned next to the article listed on the app.
As an introductory offer we are offering 50% CASHBACK on first order for every retailer with a max cashback of INR 20,000/-. Post successful order processing this amount would be added to your My Account Wallet.
Step 4: DELIVERY ADDRESS
After you have selected the items you want to purchase you will be requested to confirm the delivery address for the order. You can have multiple delivery addresses for every order.
Step 5: TRACK ORDER
All orders placed on the app can be tracked in real time right from Packaging to Dispatch to Delivery. So you can stay relaxed and informed at all times about the orders placed by you.
How To Redeem Wallet Amount
1. Wallet amount can be redeemed post successful addition in the wallet.
2. Retailer can utilize maximum 30% of an order value via wallet money.
