The various impediment such as gap in understanding, in consisting in behavioral understanding, in consisting in behavioral practices among the villagers with context to hygiene and community level sanitation and waste management practices such as open defecation, inconsistent uses of toilets. A part from that in context of society evils such as child marriage and school dropout among teenage girls leading to teenage pregnancy and early motherhood. In spite of existing govt.schemes and outreach practices traditional mind set and cultural dogma is stagnating the progress of the village community in context of girl child education, safe motherhood etc. To Overcome all these Drawbacks a basic idea of making Villages self-reliant is being implemented.
