WHEN AND WHERE?
The Festival will be held from 19 to 22 January 2017 in Piedecuesta, Santander. Located 18 kilometers from Bucaramanga, Piedecuesta has a vibrant artistic and musical tradition, fed by numerous characters and projects that have not had visibility according to their talent and potential.
The Festival seeks to activate Tigra cultural venues such as Daniel Mantilla Orbegozo cultural center, which has a central square and a suitable auditorium recently, the main town park and cultural house Kussi Huayra. During four days, the festival will feel Piedecuesta Ruge.
WHAT IS IT?
The Festival of La Tigra - Piedecuesta Ruge is a collective orchestrated by Edson Velandia, piedecuestano musician with great experience and recognition in the national and international music scene. For the first edition summon musicians, managers, researchers and public with the aim of creating together, strengthen ties and boost the ecosystem of music at the regional level.
The festival offers a program of concerts by artists and groups Santander and some national guests from different genres and formats. In addition to the presentations, opportunities for exchange and learning will be arranged through a thematic series of workshops and workshops on various aspects of the music industry in order to promote meetings and sharing tools that give greater projection and fastness local scene.
