Downgraded from 5 star to 3 star because the app doesn't reflects accurate doctor's schedule. Made appointment with doctor using app, arrive earlier on the scheduled date, waiting outside doctor's clinic for an 1.5hours but neither doctor nor any nurse turn up. Checked with other clinic's nurse and then referred to lobby registration staff, finally they confirmed the doctor is not available on the scheduled-thru-app date. App schedule is not updated. Wasted 2 hours and unwaivable parking ticket.
