The Legal Regime of the Automobile is conformed by a wide normative plexus, that during decades has regulated successfully the registration of automotors. These standards have effectively fulfilled the function of the State to provide legal security, not only to owners and users of motor vehicles, but to the entire society.

In these rules, fundamental pillars rest assured: the right of ownership is assured, the security rights become enforceable, the judges are certain that they can register and comply with their resolutions, the victim is provided with security in terms of traffic accidents, discourages the crime of automobiles, the provincial and municipal governments can receive their taxes and infractions, among dozens of other functions.

In this context, we have decided to create LEGISTER -Legislación Técnico Registral-, concentrating on a single database in the country, the main regulations that govern the registration of automotive in Argentina.

In addition to the Technical Regulations Digest, you will find the full text of its main supplementary provisions and explanatory Circulars, with a brief summary of the contents thereof, which can be accessed through different search engines.
