For special reasons, some clients were not allowed to access a range of IP addresses or ports. For example, the web browser of Tesla cars cannot access local IP addresses.
Using this app, you can set an arbitrary 'virtual' IP address on your mobile phone. The requests to the 'virtual' IP address will be redirected to the specified server.
If the clients were connected to the wifi hotspot of your mobile phone, the clients can access the server through the 'virtual' IP address.
A typical use case: you can use this app and the ScreenStream app to cast the screen of your mobile phone to the web browser of Tesla cars.
