Garbanzos was born in a common Mediterranean kitchen, preparing falafel, hummus and fresh salads for family and friends.
Our story starts with chickpeas, the main ingredient in our kitchen! They are in our delicious crunchy falafel balls and in the generous dollop of smooth hummus, sitting in our famous salad bowls, our story continues with Tahini – a non dairy, creamy sauce produced by crushing roasted sesame seeds, it is the falafels best friend!
We started out making only falafel, which is the ultimate vegan filling lunch or dinner. We also listened to you, our none-vegan friends, who told us you wanted something meaty; so we added to our menu the delicious, crispy breaded chicken schnitzel.
Our story is continuously evolving with more hearty, natural dishes added.
