Didn't you think 'I need to read a book' and then get lost within 3 days?
How about setting your goals a little smaller?
Reading 10 pages a day is better than not reading at all.
Even on a tiring day, if you fill in 10 pages at a time,
It will become a habit before you know it and you will be able to meet me reading a book every day.
10 pages a day is 1 book a month, not that little.
It's good to increase the goal once the habit is established.
I'll be with you until 10p is caught reading habit.
