As a user :

However if you filter with your location, the system will bring out the professionals close to you. Then the list of professionals you need their services will pop up, you can see the one that is free or currently engaged.
Click on the profile of the professionals of your choice and request for their service of your preferred professional.
The professional comes around to review the work and prepare an invoice.
After the job is done, choose your payment options and also rate the performance of the professional.
