DAKOFA

Danish Competence Center for Waste and Resources (DAKOFA) is an independent membership organization and competence center for the entire Danish waste and resource sector. DAKOFAs primary task is to equip the Danish waste and resource sector to navigate in a dynamic society and in a globalized world. New framework conditions, increased demands on resource efficiency, stricter legal requirements and external pressure on continual environmental improvement creates the need for sharing knowledge, information, experience and innovation. DAKOFA collects national and international knowledge and experience and develops, coordinates and organizes seminars, conferences, networking meetings and workshops where learning and innovation are the focus. Competence Center disciplines covering all waste and resource area, including cleaner technology, product policy, waste prevention and resource efficiency.
