About intelli@ge - Gesund mit 50+

You will receive scientifically sound information about physical and mental health. This supports you in leading a healthy, active and independent life.

Mental health is just as important as physical health. This became clear once again during the COVID-19 pandemic. Isolation and mental stress have hit older people particularly hard. Strengthening the mental health and well-being of older people and preventing violence in the second half of life (50+) is a main concern of the app.
In addition, exercises for relaxation and mindfulness are available as well as contact information for further help.

Various research questions are also embedded within the app to help better understand the needs and requirements of older people. Participation in the study is voluntary. The more research questions you fill out, the more app content is available to you. In this way you also help to improve health services throughout Europe.

The study is being carried out with the support of the Gatekeeper EU project
Horizon 2020 - European Union Funding for Research & Innovation
This project has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement No. 857223
