Sipbangum is an application used by the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of the City of Bukittinggi to manage and manage the borrowing/use of assets managed by the General Section of the Regional Secretariat.
The assets in question consist of 3 categories, namely:
1. Room/Building
Example: City Hall Hall, 3rd Floor Meeting Room etc
2. Vehicle
Example: Bus, regular official vehicle
3. Other Equipment.
Example: Infocus, microphone, active speakers etc..
Access rights on this system are divided into 4
1. Administrator
- Manage inventory master data
- Manage Users
2. SKPD Operators
- Applying for a Loan/Use
3. Head of the Household Division
- Approving / Rejecting the Application for Borrowing/Using
- Forward applications that need the Head of Section's consideration
4. Head of General Affairs
- Approve/Reject the application for borrowing/use submitted by the Head of the Household Subdivision
Other features of this system. Approval/Rejection of requests for Usage/borrowing from SKPD Operators will be notified via wa chatbot messages.
