KidsAlert is a communication channel between the school and mothers and fathers designed by mothers and fathers.
A clean, simple and visually attractive interface to manage all communication regarding our children and the school:
Messages: All messages and circulars from the school, teachers, tutor, head of studies, director, AMPA, responsible for the patio / dining room, responsible for extracurricular ... etc. in the same list and personalized for each of our children. With links, attachments and everything that the teachers decide in the same place and ordered by date.
Authorizations: Sign the authorizations from your mobile and with one click. It generates a pdf document for each authorization that is automatically shared with the school. With the possibility of modifying it if necessary.
Photos and Videos: all the photos and videos of our son in a personalized list. Any teacher or person in charge of our child can share photos and videos with one click and at the right time. And we as mothers and fathers can untag our children to keep only those that interest us and thus build a totally personalized album for each girl / o.
Reports and notes: automatically visible when shared by the school and ordered by course, to have access to progress over the years. When opening a new report, the tutor and the school are automatically informed as an acknowledgment of receipt of the report, avoiding the signing of acknowledgments of receipt by hand.
Assistance: All absences of assistance directly on the mobile, with the power to justify them with a click and attach any proof (medical, health ... etc.) if necessary.
Authorized Persons: Add authorized persons to the profile of our daughter / or so that the school knows the persons who are authorized to pick up our children if necessary.
Direct access to the tutor / or with a click: send an email to the tutor / or of your children with one click and in a simple way.
