__Historical

The name of the village is the same as the city of Kashan in Iran, and the people of the village, who are asked where they are from, respond with "am kasina", which creates the possibility that the people of the village came from Iran. Kaşanlı village is one of the oldest villages in the region and it is estimated that the village people settled in the region in the middle of the 15th century. At the end of 1400 years, Kasanli came to the city of Kas in Iran and settled in Mardin. They had to migrate in Mardin for religious reasons. 2 or 3 houses went to Diyarbakir. The rest settled in the village of Dogansehir, Malatya, with the current name Topraktepe Village.
Some of them came to the village of Atmali Kasan, which is now called Elbistan district and settled there. They came to Afsin Kasanli village 300 years ago, in the time of Karabekirler. The Karabeks gave Cogulhan to twenty but they did not accept. They said we want Karakaya in the first place. Later, Örenli, Hatice Pinari and pearl villages were established. Other villages of Kashanli in the region are male chia, poskoflu, ruinli (Gundi orte) and haticepınarı villages (Gundi jori).
Among these villages, Poskoflu, Örenli and Haticepinari, Karakuyu were originally Armenian villages. 2-3 families who stayed in Poskoflu village in the 1915 massacre immigrated their houses by selling a few oxen. Poskof'lu is neither a Turkish nor a Kurdish word anyway. Örenli and Haticepinari are names invented by the state, because the villagers call it gundî jori as kurmanists. At the moment, a name called "pearl village" has been invented in Poskoflu. In addition to the historical ruins from ancient times in the village, in the eastern part of the village, the ruins of the city of Saraycık and water cisterns were found. Also important places were Tûyi Ner, the girl-boy chipped stone statue and Kis Köprüsür.

The etymology of the word __KAŞANLI

The name of the village is the same as the city of Kashan in Iran, and the people of the village, who are asked where they are from, answer as "Amê Qaşîne". So they say "We are from Kaş" ... Qaş = Kaş; Qaşî = from Kaş; Qaşan = Eyebrows; Later, after the village names were translated into Turkish, the village was called Kaşanlı and its people were called Kaşanlı. There is a logical error; In other words, the word Kaşanlı means "Kaş'larlı", while Kaşanlı means something ridiculous like "Kaşlılar". The origin of the word has been eroded by Turkishization ....... The village has two names: the first is "Gundê Jîrî", which is used to indicate the position of the village with other relative villages, and the second is "Kaşan Köyü", which is used by the villagers to indicate where they are originally from. is ...
