A CHD screening score card was designed based on the risk factors and clinical predictors of CHD with a maximum score of 35.The clinical scoring system for screening of CHD will provide a checklist to health care professionals in screening for CHD. Presence of risk factor can be selected on app at 24 to 72 hours after birth and can be referred early for further work up if screening is positive.
