Al-Ajurrumiyah or Jurumiyah (Arabic: الآجُرُّومِيَّة) is a small book on Arabic grammar from the 7th / 13th century AD. This book was compiled by a linguist from Morocco named Abu Abdillah Sidi Muhammad bin Daud Ash-Shanhaji alias Ibn Ajurrum (d. 1324 AD). The basic formulas for classical Arabic lessons are written in rhyming form for easy memorization. In the Arab community, this book is one of the earliest books to be memorized apart from the Koran.
