About BeMe Woman Gratis

BeMe Woman is a tool that shows recommendations for nutritional control and training based on hormonal changes that occur in women during the menstrual cycle.
 
The changes in the levels of hormones make nutritional needs, as well as the predisposition to exercise different in each phase, that is why when we adapt to these changes in our diet and physical activity, better results are achieved.

NOTE: If you use contraceptive methods, there may be differences, so the recommendation is to go to a specialist.

On the home screen, the nutritional recommendations are shown: Calories per day and efficient distribution of macronutrients for the day.
 
This does not replace the assessment and recommendation of a nutritionist. It is only a reference measure.

The training section shows the recommended level of intensity for performing metabolic conditioning (cardiovascular) and strength exercise.

It also shows the detail of the training load including variables such as intensity and volume (repetitions by series and rest between series).

Also in the calendar section you can navigate between different dates to be able to plan yourself better.

To optimize the training, consult with a sports professional.
