The Future Competences Guide application, in the form of courses and tests, and a knowledge base, is intended for the qualitative development of students' competencies and skills, who will be educated by teachers prepared for the challenges of economy 4.0. The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of human capital education processes in Poland in a way that allows for adapting education to the needs of the developing labor market towards industry 4.0.
