Description of the drains most used in abdominal surgery, highlighting what aspects to watch for possible warning signs and also includes a proposal for a protocol for the care and management of the aforementioned drains and recommendations for their withdrawal according to the particularities of each of they.

Created for newly incorporated nurses in surgery units, OER, nursing and medical students as a consultation.

It has been developed by graduates in nursing degree who currently provide assistance in the surgery unit after conducting a literature search in 2018.

The present application is structured as follows:
