This system is the result of a master's research at UEFS called "A Semiautomatic Method for Estimating Interstitial Fibrosis". This system is currently part of the PathoSpotter project (http://pathospotter.uefs.br/).
The objective of this system is to determine the percentage of blue color of a specific area of interest in relation to the entire analyzed image.
