The name of this organization shall be the Sudanese American Unity Association or “SAUA”, a nonprofit organization incorporated under the laws of State of Washington. The principal administrative office of the corporation shall be in Everett, Washington or as otherwise determined by the Board of Directors. ARTICLE II. CORPORATE PURPOSE Section 1. Nonprofit Purpose This association is organized exclusively for cultural enhancements and charitable purposes as specified in Section 50l(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
