Invoice Scanner is an application that makes it easier to pay paper invoices and remember invoices. No more manual typing of invoices on a computer!
Do you also have invoices opened in envelopes from envelopes that may have expired? You may have already received a payment note or more. Paper invoices can now be scanned into your own spreadsheet for later payment and paid at once.
The application is used to scan the virtual barcodes of invoices or copy them directly there from the clipboard. A camera license is required for scanning.
The virtual barcode allows all the information required for bank payments on the invoice to be obtained directly in tabular form and stored in the Google Spread Sheet. All information such as due date, invoice amount, account number and reference number is easy to copy directly to the Android clipboard.
The invoices can also be used to set an due date alarm, in which case the program will start at the desired time. However, the due date reminder requires separate permission from Auto-Start Manager to be on. Otherwise, the program will not be able to start separately on the due date.
Invoices can then be easily paid directly by copying the virtual barcode from the table and navigating to online banking with a browser. There are direct keys to the three largest online banks in Finland, and the user can save their own online banking link. All online banking connections are securely performed outside of the program by launching the Chrome browser. It is possible to transfer the virtual barcode to the browser via the Android clipboard. You connect it directly to your online bank.
In addition to the basic invoice information, it is possible to change the invoice to paid / unpaid or add your own text, and invoices can be deleted from the table line by line. The program's default table is for demonstration purposes only. Order your own, personal spreadsheet to keep others from confusing the spreadsheet.
The name of the recipient of the invoice can either be typed, or speech recognition can be used. Speech recognition understands Finnish and makes it easy to avoid unnecessary and awkward typing on Android.
