The app was designed to collaborate with the nurse's routine by promoting Professionalism and quality in care.
*With this app, the professional will be able to issue a specialized nursing evolution with technical quality focused on the clinical analysis of the lesion.*
The app is perfect to be used in the hospital environment as well as in private/home care.

With this application, nurses will have a tool ready to document their care, generating practicality, quality and professionalism in the palm of their hands.
With it you can:
1 - Save your Nursing Evolution using the save button (floppy disk icon);
2 - View your evolutions in a list and select it using the list button (icon next to the text list of evaluations)
3 - Cancel the Evolve action using the cancel button; (eraser icon)
4 - Delete an already saved evolution making the generated code reusable (delete icon);
5 - Delete all evolutions with a long click on the delete button;
6- Generate a text file using the date and gender filters behind the progress reports key;
7 - Share the generated text to your email;
8- Generate a static image file to follow its evolution;
1 - access the generate images menu
2 - enter a name for the photo
3 - insert a number for the photo that will serve as an identifier, as the patient may have more than one photo eg: patient Marcelo photo 1, patient Marcelo photo 2
4 - click on the camera icon to generate the photo
5 - press the save icon;
6 - view the list of saved images ( list icon)
obs: use the help of the smartphone camera zoom to improve the size of the lesion in the photo
9 - Have your image files in the form of a list;
note:
Follow the steps to delete it.
#Access evolution through the Evolve button
#Access image files via the View Files button,
#Choose the file from the list, press delete, after the message, press exit.
#The file will be removed successfully.
#To delete all image files make a long click on the delete button.
Explaining the evolution model 1 icon menu.
1st icon generates the code that allows starting the evolution by releasing the fields;
2nd icon - diskette performs the action of saving your evolution;
3rd icon - list - shows the evaluations already saved;
4th icon - delete - suspends the action in progress and deletes the fields;
5th icon - delete -
a) delete an item select the evaluation you want to delete through the list icon and press the delete icon
b) as a long click and trim all your ratings
NOTE: The files are saved on your device;
