The "cost of construction" program calculates the initial cost of any concrete structure (residential, administrative, ...... etc.), based on a set of inputs, through two methods.
1 - The most accurate method: In this method, the user enters all inputs and assumptions into the program
2 - Approximate method: the user in this method enters the area of the facility and the number of roles and several other simple entries and the program imposes all other assumptions for that. This method gives approximate results
