These days as frailty is an emerging global health burden and a common clinical syndrome in older adults. Our objective is to develop an app which can quickly identify frailty syndrome features among older adults by the help of questionnaire which can analyse and evaluate the results. A list of standard questions are used to determine frailty score.
The main motive of this app is to provide a tool to the healthcare professionals, which can measure and diagnose the health vulnerability of elderly individuals.
This app is developed for Android platform which contains a questionnaire. App analyzes the questionnaire result entered by healthcare professionals based on predetermined points for each question. We also kept security in mind and this app stores data locally on the device only and we encourage to keep patient info anonymous by using a random reference number.
