This application was designed as part of the Support Project for the Reduction of Rural Emigration in the Groundnut Basin (PARERBA) to ensure the continuity of support for young people, MSMEs and IGAs. In its search for an adequate solution that could allow the sustainability of the program, Enabel opted for the implementation by a digital tool, facilitating the accessibility for the targets, the advisers and remote coach to a panoply of functionalities intended to facilitate:
- target coaching (collective session, individual session, performance indicators, reporting on the progress of companies);
- support and training in the development of soft skills through training modules;
- the establishment of a storage and sharing space for dedicated educational andragogical resources for reinforcement (texts, audios and videos);
- the establishment of a forum-type space for the exchange of good practices.
