Doesn't work inside a palace because there's no GPS satellite coverage. Can't have more than one tour loaded and switch between - the layout is not compatible with multiple files. I couldn't find a tour I knew I had downloaded until I deleted another tour. The interface with the ticketing merchant is BS too, where it's not clear what you need to do and what each QR code is for. I had to give my phone to the old man so he could run the guide and I walked around with no guidance.

unsatisfactory guide and is associated with companies that dramatically upcharge on ticket prices relative to the actual museums. shameless scammers - be sure to buy from official museum sites! they provide better audio guides for free!
