The mobile application "AR Memory Sign" includes 3 functional sections for creating an experience of interaction with augmented and augmented reality:
AR layer.
An augmented reality layer on the territory of Russia, in which virtual commemorative signs are placed according to GPS coordinates in honor of the lost objects of cultural heritage - monuments of history and culture, as well as other 3d objects (photo and video installations, reconstructions, exhibitions) dedicated to historical events. In this layer, the user finds AR objects using radar, examines them, takes photos and videos, and receives additional information about objects without leaving the augmented reality mode.
Demo gallery of AR signs.
If, after turning on the super app, the radar does not find AR signs within a radius of 500 meters, the user will be able to select "Demo Mode" and view selected examples of AR signs by opening them in augmented reality right next to him.
Digitization of reality around the AR sign.
In the Digitize mode, the user can take a picture of the real area around the AR sign site by applying a special shooting mode.
Survey results are automatically processed using artificial intelligence and computer vision methods to form a digital 3D map of the surroundings. It will be very useful in the future to accurately position the virtual AR sign in real world space.
