MonElu is a mobile application that creates permanent contact between citizens and their elected officials. It allows citizens to ask questions of elected officials, to make denunciations and even to make proposals for projects or ideas. The citizen thus participates in the management of his municipality, his region and his country. Elected officials are closer to citizens and are better informed on the expectations and opinions of the latter. In this sense, the application is a real decision support tool.
