In the app you get an overview of all your recorded trips and kilometers traveled. All you have to do is have your mobile phone with you when you ride a bike, the app automatically connects to your tracker. No annoying starting of a route necessary.
If you don't want the tracker to record your journey, you can deactivate it with one click via the app.
