Aqua Crua was born from the accidental encounter between Francesco Dal Toso and Giuliano Baldessari. The first entrepreneur and farmer in Barbarano Vicentino, the second chef with a dream in his drawer: to open his own business. The idea of transforming an old building in the center of Barbarano Vicentino into something more than a simple village restaurant was born from the intersection of the ideas and dreams of the two. Both want to create something unique for the city landscape, something special, which brings together the ideas and philosophy of one and the organization and entrepreneurship of the other.
