OneBooking makes it easy for you to schedule and manage room and desk bookings anytime, anywhere.

OneBooking allows anyone around the world to browse and book conference rooms, desks and a variety of business services, receive instant confirmations and manage booking details online or via the app.

With One Booking you can:

- Find your existing reservations
- Check the photo and map of your company assets
- Make a new reservation based on the type of resource, location, characteristics and required capacity
- Include the participants
- Activate a videoconference room
